Since 2010, Sahmeran has taken Colmar on a journey to the heart of Turkish and Ottoman cuisine.

Do I need to book?
It is recommended, especially in the evening. On weekdays, book online (lunch and dinner); at weekends, call us on +33 9 53 15 07 22.
Are you open for lunch?
Yes: Tuesday to Thursday from 12 pm to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 12 pm to 11 pm, non-stop. On Mondays we are open in the evening, from 6 pm to 10 pm. Closed on Sundays.
Is your meat halal?
Yes, all our meats are halal.
Do you welcome groups?
Yes, our dining room seats up to 120 people and can be booked privately for your events.
Is the menu available in other languages?
Yes: in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian.
